Vivad Tech’s business model is simple: We provide the necessary consultants to achieve the client’s objectives. We train the client’s staff adequately to facilitate a smooth transition as our consultants exit and move onto other projects. We provide customer support as needed. Our job is complete when our client’s expectations are exceeded.
Description of Service
Vivad Tech has been providing consulting services to local government and commercial clients since 2005. Vivad Tech specializes in providing enterprise information system consulting services to include enterprise architecture coupled with technical project management.
Vivad Technologies, LLC (Vivad Tech), a Virginia based company is an SBA 8(a) Certified Small Disadvantaged Business, was established to provide enterprise information system consulting to include Technical Project Management, Integrated Systems Implementation, and Systems Integration services (including hardware and software configuration services) to government and commercial clients. Vivad Tech is currently providing Enterprise Architecture services to Loudoun County Virginia and system integration process development services on the GSA Networx contract. Vivad Tech has also supported the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Defense Information Systems agency through prime contractors.
Vivad Tech has provided ERP consultative and implementation management services as well as server and desktop installation support services to both commercial and government clients. ERP implementation management services included Microsoft’s Dynamics SL, and also included vendor evaluations for Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Lawson, Tyler, and PeopleSoft ERP systems. Services provided included architecture development, business process analysis, vendor evaluation, system configuration, database installation, data migration, disaster recovery planning, and network security and connectivity. Systems have included server installation to support SQL Server based ERP systems running in a Windows server environment; Linux servers supporting an Oracle data warehouse, desktop Windows installation, configuration, and connectivity; and router and firewall installation and configuration.
