Vivad Technologies, LLC (Vivad Tech) was founded by two seasoned IT professionals to provide IT Staffing and consulting services in strategy, operations, systems, and technology. Our staff has years of experience in meeting the technical support and project management needs of commercial and government clients. As an independent resource, Vivad Tech brings technological and managerial expertise as an extension of your organization's existing capabilities, successfully partnering with management, IT, and user groups. Many organizations have systems and technology projects that require the expertise and experience of seasoned Project Managers. Vivad Tech consultants have years of experience providing project oversight, scheduling, issue resolution, requirements analysis, budgeting, and identification of staffing needs. Many of our consultants are Project Management Professionals (PMP) and we actively encourage, support, and facilitate all our consultants to pursue their PMP certification.
Systems Implementation
Vivad Tech's success is rooted in our ability to get systems implemented and adopted by host organizations. Vivad Tech consultants have vast experience in "big system" implementations such as ERP, billing, credit card processing, and data warehousing systems.
